2. The truth of the matter is that when the New Testament was completed, the gift of prophecy ceased, for God had said all that needed to be said (1 Corinthians 13:8-13). Jesus promised that the apostles, by the Holy Spirit would be guided into ALL the truth (John 16:13). And He kept that promise (1 Cor. 2:9-13; Eph. 3:3-5; 2 Peter 1:3).

3. Jude claims that the ‘faith’, the sum total of Christian teaching had been revealed once for all unto the saints (Jude 3).

4. Severe condemnations exist for anyone who attempts to add to or edit the revelation delivered through the apostles (Galatians 1:6-9; Revelation 22:18-19; 2 John 9).

5. Now, do you believe the writings of the God-endorsed inspired men (Hebrews 2:3-4; 2 Corinthians 12:12) or do you believe the words of the person who claims that God is speaking through them today?
